🕒 Return & Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 24 Hours of receiving your order.

📦 Product Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange:

The item must be returned exactly as received — unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Items that are used, worn, or washed will not be accepted.
🚚 Shipping & Return Method

Returns and exchanges are done through courier pickup.

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund or added to the exchange delivery.

⏳ Processing Time
Returns and exchanges are processed within 4-7 working days — the same as our regular delivery timeframe.
⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we’ll replace it at no extra cost to you.
📏 Size Exchanges

Pajamas: Size exchanges are free of charge (shipping fees apply).

Onesies: Size exchanges are available, but shipping fees will be charged.
💳 Refunds for Online Payments

Refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for your purchase.
