🕒 Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 24 Hours of receiving your order.

📦 Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • The item must be returned exactly as receivedunworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • Items that are used, worn, or washed will not be accepted.


🚚 Shipping & Return Method

  • Returns and exchanges are done through courier pickup.

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund or added to the exchange delivery.

  • Shipping costs vary by location.


⏳ Processing Time

Returns and exchanges are processed within 4-7 working days — the same as our regular delivery timeframe.


⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we’ll replace it at no extra cost to you.


📏 Size Exchanges

  • Pajamas: Size exchanges are free of charge (shipping fees apply).

  • Onesies: Size exchanges are available, but shipping fees will be charged.


💳 Refunds for Online Payments

  • Refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for your purchase.

  • Please allow 7–14 working days for your bank to process the refund.
    ❗We do not offer cash refunds for online payments.
