Return & Exchange Policy
At Pyjays, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s what you need to know:
Return/Exchange Window:
You can return or exchange an item within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting us through our Instagram page at Pyjays.eg or by using our "Contact Us" form.
Product Condition:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. If the item shows signs of use, wear, or damage, we cannot accept the return or exchange.
Return/Exchange Shipping Fees:
If you choose to return or exchange your item within the 7-day period, you will be responsible for the shipping fees for the return or exchange. These fees will depend on your location. The remaining balance (after deducting shipping costs) will be refunded to you.
Return/Exchange Processing Time:
The return or exchange process typically takes 4-7 working days, similar to the usual delivery timeframe for orders.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive an item that is defective, we will exchange it at no extra cost to you.
Size Exchange:
If you want to exchange the size of your item, we will handle it without charging any extra fees for pajamas of different sizes. Please note that shipping fees will apply for size exchanges on onesies.
Refund Process for Online Payments:
If you paid online via credit card and want to return an item, the refund will be issued back to your credit card. Please allow 7-14 working days for the bank to process the refund.
No Cash Refunds for Online Payments:
Refunds for credit card purchases will only be processed to the original credit card used; we do not offer cash refunds.
